Dave Logan is as talented of an athlete as Colorado has ever produced.
He was a multiple-sport start at Wheat Ridge High School before going on the play football and basketball at the University of Colorado.
There are two athletes who have been drafted by the NFL, the NBA and Major League Baseball: Dave Logan and Dave Winfield.
Eventually, Dave (Logan) chose football and played wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns from 1976-83 and was with the Denver Broncos for part of the 1984 season.
After his playing career, Dave went into broadcasting and started at KOA Newsradio in June 1990 and has been on the Denver Broncos broadcasts ever since, first as color analyst then play-by-play voice, a position he currently holds.
He has also been a longtime afternoon drive host and currently hosts Lewis & Logan with Rick Lewis and Kathy Lee.
Dave is also an accomplished high school football coach. He has been the head coach at Arvada West, Chatfield and Mullen and is currently at Cherry Creek. His teams have compiled an astounding record of 256-63 and have won seven state championships since he started his coaching career in 1993.
In 2009, he launched TeamDaveLogan.com, a home improvement referral website and it is going stronger than ever.
Dave Logan is a Colorado icon, even though he would never admit it.
In this edition of the podcast, Dave talks about the 2018 Broncos, his playing career, coaching, Team Dave Logan and much more.
