Decision Coming This Week In STEM School Shooting Case

A decision is expected on Wednesday as to whether a teen will be tried as an adult in connection with the STEM School Highlands Ranch shooting. A reverse transfer hearing wrapped up in recent days, involving 16-year-old Alec McKinney. The suspect is facing dozens of charges in the May shooting that left one student dead. The judge in the case has already found enough evidence to send McKinney and co-defendant Devon Erickson to trial.
