Deputies say they busted a marijuana grow operation worth four to five million dollars in rural Montrose County in Southwestern Colorado. Sheriff's spokeswoman Katie Yergensen said a deputy found the pot while delivering a warrant for past due property taxes. He found marijuana growing on the land by one house and on the front porch of the other. She says between the two properties there was an estimated 1,500 pounds of marijuana including both green plants, immature plants, processed packages, loose marijuana buds, several grow lamps, air vents, fans, marijuana shaker/trimmers, $1,500 in cash and two vehicles. Three men were arrested and were being held on $60,000 bond.
