Police in Fort Collins are cracking down on prostitution, recently conducting a sting operation. Police spokeswoman Kate Kimble says they placed ads in the escort sections of commerce websites, and got more than 280 responded. She says of the 11 men who actually showed up at hotels, nine were cited and two arrested. Kimble says the potential clients were from Fort Collins, Johnstown, Loveland, Greeley, Pierce, Longmont, and Pennsylvania.
