Republicans can't get anything done in the Colorado legislature without Democratic support. State Senator Mark Baisley might have a bill that could get such support: giving more immunity to private landowners who allow the public to hike, bike, and otherwise commit recreation on their land. The only real opposition, if any, will be "trial lawyers" and they need to be ignored.
