William Perry Pendley on the case of EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers

William Perry Pendley is the former Acting Director of the Bureau of Land Management. He has for many years been involved with a case that's dragged on for far too long but will soon be at the Supreme Court, a case of the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers stealing property rights. I hope and absolutely expect SCOTUS to slap down the EPA very hard, but still this family and lots of others will have lost the use and enjoyment of their property for years or decades.

Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency | Pacific Legal Foundation

A few years back, Perry wrote this book: Sagebrush Rebel: Reagan's Battle with Environmental Extremists and Why It Matters Today
