Gray Wolves Make the Ballot

This November Colorado voters will decide whether Gray Wolves should be brought back to Colorado. Supporters of the "Restoration of Gray Wolves" initiative presented enough signatures to the Secretary of State's office to get the question on the ballot. It will ask whether the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission should reintroduce and manage gray wolves on designated lands West of the continental divide by the end of 2023. Supporters say wolves will create a more balanced ecosystem. Opponents say it's a disastrous idea that will impact Colorado livestock and the growing population of the state.
