Colorado State Rep Ty Winter (R-HD47) is Assistant Minority Leader, a fellow graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, and represents Las Animas, Baca, Prowers, Bent, Otero, Crowley, and Kiowa counties, along with part of Pueblo and Huerfano counties.
