Jane Brennan and Chip Block are founding members of Save Old Littleton, a grassroots group looking to push back on proposed zoning changes in Littleton that the organization says will change the character of neighborhoods for the worse while not actually making housing more affordable. (I think what they expect if the zoning changes happen is that older single-family homes will be replaced by expensive duplexes or triplexes, i.e. expensive enough that each might cost nearly as much as the house itself did.
