Thurs Blogcast: Josh Kraushaar; Hearing and dementia; More debate thoughts

Short show today...

Done at 10:30 for early Rockies-Tigers game in Detroit, so the blog will be a little short as well

Make sure to look at the SpaceX/Dragon videos at the end of today's blog and the related article.

Mike Coffman was (apparently) right:

Denver secretly relocating illegals into Aurora and paying their rent

On my show on Monday, Denver Mayor Mike Coffman claimed that he believed Denver was coordinating with left-wing non-profits to move illegals in Aurora and subsidize their rent. Christopher Rufo weighs in with evidence that seems to corroborate Coffman's claim...which I always figured he had a basis to make because it would be a very odd thing to make up out of thin air. This is a BIG deal.

Just One Thing: We're in BIG (financial) trouble

I had a fascinating conversation on my show yesterday, which you can find at the link below, with Mick Mulvaney, Donald Trump’s former chief of staff and director of the Office of Management and Budget. I’m someone who thinks the single biggest failure of our federal government, a sin against our children, is our national debt. Mick told a story of putting together a very conservative budget and meeting with a top GOP senator in the Oval Office about it. The REPUBLICAN senator told Trump that cutting spending loses votes and as Mick put it, that was the end for his budget. Later, Trump said he didn’t care about cutting spending because the next Democrat would just reinstate the spending so why bother? This country is in big big trouble.
