PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE EXCEPT OBAMA ENDORSED KAMALA HARRIS YESTERDAY And not just in Colorado although our entire delegation of elected officials have come out in support of Kamala Harris, which is the trend we saw nationwide yesterday. I'm guessing yesterday was the biggest moment of relief EVER for Democrats and they are wasting no time in coalescing around the candidate they believe is most likely to beat Donald Trump. Will it work? Maybe. And I say this to caution all of you who are laughing about what has come before and the passage of time thinking this is going to be a cakewalk for Trump. Democrats have renewed energy and vigor and they are not giving up easily. They also just sucked the life out of the post-convention bounce for Trump with this announcement yesterday. We shall discuss. Barack Obama issued a statement praising Joe Biden but did NOT endorse Kamala, which was weird.

Not everyone is psyched about Kamala, and the Trump campaign is playing that up, as well as tying her to the border failures and the overall Biden agenda, which has proven to be unpopular with voters still struggling with higher costs on pretty much everything. HOW THE BIDEN DECISION WAS MADE I would take this story with a grain of salt and none of the people interviewed about the process behind Joe Biden stepping down would go on the record but it could have happened like this.
THE SECRET SERVICE CHIEF WILL BE ON CAPITOL HILL THIS MORNING And she is expected to get a massive grilling on the security failures that lead the shooting of Donald Trump. This past weekend the Secret Service was forced to admit, after they denied it, that requests from the Trump detail for more help had been turned down by leadership. I fully expect Director Kimberly Cheadle to say that the reason they couldn't help is because they don't have enough money because never let a crisis go to waste, amiright? The criticism of the agents at the event who were female should be interesting, as they did not seem to be properly trained to handle such an event. We'll see if Cheadle survives, but I want to point out that the Secret Service Director who watched JFK get shot AND Bobby Kennedy get shot didn't get fired. Just saying.
THE TABLE HAVE TURNED ON "HE'S TOO OLD" As the Democrats, who just recently were telling anyone who attacked Biden's age that they were crazy and ageist, are now attacking Donald Trump for being too old. Funny how quickly ageism turns into a viable campaign strategy when your old dude drops out. Funny.
