Rose Pugliese is assistant minority leader in the Colorado State House of Representatives. She's a Republican representing CO's 14th House district, which is basically the parts of El Paso county that border on the Air Force Academy (but not the Academy itself.) Rose, along with Advance Colorado's Michael Fields, both graduates of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, will debate Jared Polis and his old friend Art Laffer tonight about the pros and cons of Prop HH.
