Just One Thing: Let's not EVER forget this
I don’t take a lot of time talking about past political shenanigans and controversies but there is a thing that we should all be reminded of. Special Counsel John Durham testified before Congress yesterday that the FBI investigators on the Trump-Russia investigation, officially named Crossfire Hurricane, engaged in “troubling violations of law and policy”. Durham said that “The FBI was too willing to accept and use politically-funded and uncorroborated opposition research such as the Steele Dossier,” and added “It did so even after the president of the United States, the FBI and CIA directors and others received briefings about intelligence suggesting there was a Clinton campaign plan underway to stir up a scandal tying Trump to Russia.” Even with today’s cynical and partisan news media, it’s beyond disappointing that Hillary Clinton hasn’t been publicly shamed for her disgusting behavior.

Dr Karen Corbin is a medical researcher at the AdventHealth Research Institute. I read an article in the Washington Post (linked below) which talks about some of her research suggesting, contrary to what many people believe, that different foods with the same theoretical caloric content can be processed differently by the body based on other characteristics of the foods implying that counting calories is NOT sufficient in losing weight.

Barring a miracle, the submersible Titan, if it even still exists, will soon be a tomb rather than a pleasure craft.

There's a LOT of focus on how the submersible was designed using as many off-the-shelf inexpensive parts as possible except for the body of the submersible itself. Also, a lot of folks are pointing to the Oceangate CEO Stockton Rush's dismissive comments about risk, i.e. "if you want to be safe, don't get out of bed" but I have to say...I get the point. More interesting stuff in the video just below, from CBS and originally aired in December 2022.
