The Colorado Avalanche did not have it on Monday.
As a result, the Avs fell to the Boston Bruins, 5-1, at the TD Garden on Monday.
The Avs defense was not crisp, the special teams faltered a bit and Colorado had trouble generating much offense.
Nathan MacKinnon scored Colorado's only goal. It was a power play goal that came at 12:58 of the second period and brought the Avs within 2-1.
But the Bruins responded with two more goals before the second intermission and led 4-1 at that point.
