Kendall Qualls is a former US Army captain (in field artillery) and is the founder of TakeCharge MN, based in Minnesota but with national ambitions to push back HARD against Critical Race Theory by working "to inspire and educate black and other minority communities of their full rights and privileges as Americans granted to them by the Constitution."
