Swedish climate activist, GretaThunberg, spoke to a Climate Strike rally in Civic Center on Friday. The crowd filled the Greek Theater and erupted into cheers when she addressed adults and politicians who are ignoring calls to do something about climate change. She told the crowd "How dare they?"
Thunberg has led movement to have students worried about climate change to strike every Friday. The next big, world-wide, climate strike is set for November 29th.
Thunberg had been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize but did not win when the award was announced on Friday.
