One of the accused participants in the May, 7th Highlands Ranch STEM School shooting will be in court Tuesday morning. Devon Erickson faces 43 counts including first degree murder. His co-defendant, Alex McKinney,16, has a hearing set in November. The hearing is expected to last 3 days.
Kendrick Castillo,18. was killed in the shooting and eight other students were injured . The hearing will determine if the case should go to trial.
